Whether you are a woman or a man we typically awake every day to a routine or schedule that screams monotony.   4. Take a break from your usual morning coffee and have a mug of tea or a refreshing fruit smoothie.
  5. Treat yourself to some quiet time at the spa or a day home with a good book.

The point is, in order to truly blossom, you have to take care of self. Your-self that is! The dictionary definition of blossom reads: "to mature or develop in a promising or healthy way." The key words here arepromising andhealthy, which directly embody DāO’s products and overall mission.
